By placing an order, you agree that:

• You are responsible for providing accurate inmate information (full name, ID number, facility, address if required).

• All letters/photos are subject to review for compliance with facility rules.

• Prohibited content may be removed, rejected, delayed, or require revision before mailing.

• We reserve the right to decline any order that includes content that may violate facility rules, is illegal, or appears unsafe.

• Our service includes printing and mailing on your behalf; final acceptance is determined by the facility.
