Terms of Service

By placing an order with InsideConnect Care, you agree that:

• You are responsible for providing complete and accurate recipient information, including the incarcerated person’s full name, identification number, facility name, and mailing address when required.
• All letters, photographs, and other submitted materials may be reviewed when reasonably necessary to process the order, verify compliance with facility rules, protect recipients or others, or comply with applicable law.
• You may not submit content containing threats, intimidation, harassment, stalking, bullying, abuse, blackmail, extortion, fraud, illegal activity, sexually explicit material, hateful content, or instructions intended to evade correctional-facility rules.
• Repeated communications intended to alarm, pressure, provoke, embarrass, or distress another person are prohibited.
• InsideConnect Care may refuse, limit, cancel, or require revisions to any order that appears illegal, unsafe, abusive, harassing, or inconsistent with facility requirements.
• Refund eligibility will depend on whether processing, printing, postage preparation, or mailing has already begun. Orders already processed or mailed may not be eligible for a refund.
• Our service includes preparing, printing, and mailing submitted content on the customer’s behalf. Final acceptance and delivery are determined solely by the correctional facility.
• InsideConnect Care is not responsible for mail that is rejected, withheld, delayed, destroyed, returned, or otherwise not delivered by a facility. Facility rules and mail-processing times vary and may change without notice.
• InsideConnect Care does not guarantee delivery by a specific date.
