Anyone who wants to send letters, photos, or (coming soon) care packages to an incarcerated friend or family member.

Do you follow facility rules?

Yes. Every order is reviewed before mailing and prepared according to general correctional facility mailing guidelines whenever applicable. Since every facility has its own rules, final acceptance is always determined by the receiving correctional facility.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Most orders are printed and mailed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on USPS and the correctional facility's mail processing procedures.

Can I send photos and letters together?

Yes. You can send photos, letters, or combine both in one convenient order.

How many photos can I send?

The number of photos accepted varies by correctional facility. We prepare your order based on the information you provide, but each facility has its own mailing rules and determines what is accepted.

Can I send color photos?

Yes. We print high-quality color photos. Please note that some facilities may have restrictions on certain types of images.

What type of content is prohibited?

We do not process or mail content that contains threats, harassment, abuse, illegal activity, sexually explicit material, or anything that violates correctional facility rules. Orders containing prohibited content may be canceled, refused, or require revisions before they are mailed.

What if my item is rejected by a facility?

If an order is rejected or returned due to facility rules, we will review the situation and determine whether a replacement or another solution is available. Final acceptance is always determined by the correctional facility.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled only if printing has not begun. Once an order enters production or has been mailed, it generally cannot be canceled or refunded.

Will the inmate know who sent the order?

Yes. Your sender information will appear on the mail when required by the receiving correctional facility.

Do you guarantee delivery?

We carefully prepare and mail every order, but we cannot guarantee delivery. All incoming mail is subject to review and approval by the receiving correctional facility.
