Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before printing begins.

Once an order is printed or processed for mailing, it becomes non-refundable because it is a custom service.

If a facility rejects mail due to facility rules, we will work with you to adjust and resend if possible. If resending isn’t possible, refunds are not guaranteed and are handled case-by-case.

If we make an error (wrong address, wrong print, missing pages/photos), we will reprint and resend at no cost, or issue a refund if we cannot correct it.

If the customer submits incorrect inmate info (name/ID/facility), delays or rejection may happen. We will attempt to verify, but refunds are not guaranteed after processing begins.
